👨🍳 Let Him Cook is a slang term and catchphrase used as a callout to give someone the space to plot, strategize, or hone their craft.
🏃 How does it work ? Simply create an account and see your BMI score !
📅 With an account created, you can also set tasks to do in your profile's calendar and validate them if you were able to successfuly do the tasks !
🥇 As the creator of the website, I mostly use the calendar to set tasks for my
gym exercices, so for example I would set "BICEPS & BACK" on the Wednesdays of
each month and I would set the tasks like this:
- Pullups: 4 sets of 10 repetitions
- Diverging Seated Row: 4 sets of 10 repetitions, 30 KG
- Larry Scott Curl: 4 sets of 10 repetitions, 15 KG
- Alternate Incline Curl: 4 sets of 10 repetitions, 10 KG
🚧 I'm currently working on an algorithm: if I were able to successfully complete each exercise, the algorithm will suggest increasing the weight by 2.5 KG. If I agree, the algorithm will automatically populate the next Wednesday with the tasks and the new weights.
